Who provides the service
FollowUp Teams (فولو أب للفرق) for iPhone is provided by ESTATEOS. Contact: [email protected]. By using the app, you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
The service
The app reminds you of the times of your client calls and viewings, and lets a company's team share the company's clients. Reminders depend on your iPhone's notification settings (for example, Focus and silent mode), so check that notifications are allowed for the app.
The app sells nothing and has no purchases inside it.
Teams
- A company's clients belong to that company. Its manager decides who joins and who gets which client, and can delete the company with its clients.
- A salesperson can leave a team at any time; the company's clients then leave their iPhone.
- A company has one free trial period for its manager's phone number, ever: deleting a company and starting another with the same number does not start a new trial.
- A company is tied to its manager's confirmed number. If that number is confirmed from another phone, the old phone is asked first and has 24 hours to say it is not them; whoever then holds the number continues in the manager's place, because the company's seat belongs to the company.
- If a company's trial or time with us ends, or its owner stops it, its people can still see its clients but cannot add or hand them out. If it stays stopped, its clients and their history are deleted 90 days after a trial that was never continued, or 180 days after its continued time ended or the company was stopped, with warnings to the owner 30, 7 and 1 day before; switching the company on again stops this. - Only add numbers you are allowed to keep for your work.
Your data
Your own clients are yours and live on your iPhone. Make a backup from the app every so often, because deleting the app or losing your iPhone erases them. A backup file is locked with a password only you know: we cannot open or recover it, so keep the password safe. The details are in the Privacy Policy.
Use
The app is for your work with your clients. Don't use it to harass anyone or to send messages nobody asked for. We may stop a company's or a person's access to the Teams server if it is used for fraud or harassment, or in breach of these terms; your own clients stay on your iPhone.
Liability
We do everything we can to make reminders and team updates work on time, but we can't guarantee there will never be a fault in your phone or in the service, and we are not responsible for a deal affected by a reminder or update that didn't arrive.
Changes to these terms
If we change anything important here, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If you don't agree, you can stop using the app and delete your data as the Privacy Policy explains.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
